Join us for a culinary dinner and live music on the lavender farm.  We are hosting an Appalachian Dinner in partnership with Pierpoint's Culinary Academy.  Experience a 4-course culinary dinner prepared by local chefs from the Pierpont Culinary Academy while listening to a talented local artist.  Cash bar will be available to enjoy a beer or some local wine.  

Event Menu:

• Grazing Plate with hints of lavender honey
• Corn chowder with salt rising bread croutons
• Farro and kale salad
• Butternut gnocchi with brown butter sage and parmesan served with confit brisket
• Sweet potato bar with pecan and crystallized ginger crust, mascarpone cream and lavender honey
• Drinks include: water, tea, sweet tea and lavender lemonade
• Cash bar available for beer and wine
